About This Course

The aim of this course is to introduce you to the fundamentals of human rights: the main concepts governing human rights at the planetary level; the main texts; the genesis of human rights but also the different existing typologies. We will begin by looking at human rights in their broadest generality in order to acquire the basics so as to be able to focus on specific typologies of minority or discriminated groups. We will then look at the European dimension of human rights as well as the place of human rights in our time of globalization. The course will be punctuated by topical questions and contemporary debates.

The only prerequisites required are your curiosity and motivation.
